Experts Cathy Crozier-Cole (Home Energy Service Manager, BWCE) and Jonathan Logsdon (Retrofit Coordinator BWCE) will help you unpack the jargon to find your way through the retrofit maze. The discussion will help you identify the features of individual solutions and the key factors to support decisions when choosing which energy efficiency measures give you the greatest impact in terms of carbon cost and comfort in your home.

You will hear about Bath and West Community Energy’s Home Energy Service including their new retrofit advice and assessment services for homeowners. There are special considerations for traditional and listed buildings, including Bath and West Community Energy’s new Green Heritage Homes project and there will be signposting to financial and other support available nationally and locally. Suggestions will be made for practical measures to take away and do now for a warmer, cheaper to run and lower carbon home.

This event is free and takes place at the Wharf Room, Widcombe Social Club

Doors open at 6.30 for a 7.00pm start.
