American Garden Meets English Landscape - Zoom talk

We are delighted to welcome Andrew Cannell, Head gardener of the American Museum who will talk to us via Zoom about the evolution of the New American Garden and the restoration of the Mount Vernon garden before, during and after the  work.  This American Garden is the first European commission for Washington DC-based landscape architects Oehme, van Sweden (OvS). The planting follows the free-form style made famous by the firm’s founders, Wolfgang Oehme and James van Sweden.

Due to continued uncertainty on numbers allowed in the Widcombe Social Club because of Govt guidelines we have decided to run this event via Zoom.

This talk is FREE but you will need to register below so that we can send you the zoom invite.  If you would like to make a donation toward costs you can opt to do this at the same time.
