Widcombe Wobblers

Join us for a ride along the railway path, cycling through the Combe Down tunnel and continuing to Wellow. From there we take picturesque country lanes to Stoney Littleton. It’s a 13.5 mile ride round trip mainly on the flat with one or two steeper inclines - you are welcome to dismount for these. On arrival, we walk to the Long Barrow; it’s a half mile walk up so bear this in mind when you consider footwear. Bring your own picnic to eat on the Long Barrow and take in the beautiful views. Its a 2 hour ride excluding picnic stop.

Meeting point: under the tree at the western end of Widcombe Parade. Bring a picnic, a drink, a lock and lights.

Help will be given in the event of any mechanical issues or accident. However cyclists ride at their own risk.
