FULLY BOOKED! The World Wars in Widcombe

For WA members only. A guided afternoon walk through historic Widcombe on Sunday October 27th with Jeremy Boss and Daniel Lyons exploring the impact of the First and Second World Wars on Widcombe with a particular emphasis on the personal stories of the people who served and also those who stayed at home. Please note that the walk includes some hilly stretches.

Starting at 2.00pm, the walk begins at Pulteney Road (see exact details on booking confirmation) and finishes at the War Memorial on Church Street with tea and cakes at St Thomas a Becket afterwards. Tea and cakes are not included in the ticket so please bring cash.  All donations will contribute towards the fund for roof restoration.
